The stop valve is installed on the liquid pipe and gas pipe side of the outdoor unit assembly pipe. It consists of a positioning adjustment port and two perpendicular pipes. One pipe is connected to the liquid pipe (gas pipe) side of the outdoor unit, and the other pipe is connected to the distribution pipe of the indoor unit side through a flaring nut (or welding).
The fault of the globe valve is mostly leakage fault, and the leakage mainly includes the following three situations:
1. Spool leakage
Most of the reasons are not paying attention to cooling protection during welding, excessive impurities in the system, and damage to the sealing ring itself.
2, thread sliding wire
The stop valve is connected to the indoor and outdoor pipes, and the thread connected to the trumpet sodium bead is slipped due to excessive force during installation.
3. Valve core leakage
Welding is not in place, the quality of the valve core itself is not up to standard and other reasons lead to its leakage.
